How do I add my personalisation?
Open a gift, choose its options and type your text in the personalisation box before you press Add to basket. The box shows how many characters you can use.
Can I check the spelling before I pay?
Yes. Your personalisation is shown under each gift in the basket and at checkout. Remove the gift and add it again if anything needs changing.
What happens after I order?
You receive an order confirmation email straight away. Gifts are made and dispatched in 2–4 working days, then Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days.
How much is delivery?
UK Standard delivery is £3.95, and free on orders of £50 or more after discounts. Express delivery is £7.95.
Do you have a discount code?
Use WELCOME10 for 10% off orders of £20 or more, once per customer.
Can I return a personalised gift?
Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or with a mistake we made. Non-personalised gifts can be returned within 30 days.
Is this a real shop?
Marlow & Pine is a portfolio demo store. Orders are saved so the checkout, emails and order history can be tested, but no payment is taken and nothing is made or sent.
