• Accounts: your email, name and password (stored securely) if you create an account.
• Messages: the details you send through the contact form.

How we use it

• To process your order, make your personalised gifts and send order emails.
• To show your order history in your account.
• To reply to your messages.

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, and messages for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you through our contact page.
