• Standard delivery: £3.95, 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Free Standard delivery on orders of £50 or more (after discounts).
• Express delivery: £7.95, next working day after dispatch.

We deliver to UK addresses only.

Made to order

Personalised gifts are engraved, embroidered or printed after you order and are made and dispatched in 2–4 working days. Please check your personalisation carefully in the basket: we make it exactly as typed.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your personalisation. Once a gift has been made we cannot change it.

Returns

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we made a mistake. Non-personalised gifts can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund. Contact us first so we can help.
